NOAH speaks first.

NOAH
We need to talk about leadership.
Alex… you founded this.
But sometimes you disappear when tension rises.
(Silence.)

HANNA
He’s not wrong.
Leadership is not poetry.
It’s decision-making.

ALEX
So you think I failed?

NOAH
I think you avoid authority.
You want harmony but someone must take responsibility.

ISABEL
This is dangerous territory.

KATRIN
No. This is necessary.

AMARA
A group must decide:
Is leadership symbolic?
Or functional?

LIAM
I vote functional. With less lag.
(light tension laugh)

HANNA
Proposal:
We create a small council.
Shared leadership.
Clear roles.
No emotional monarchy.

ALEX
And if I step down?

SOFIA
Then you evolve. Not disappear.
After a pause:

ALEX
Then we restructure.
Not because I am weak.
But because the group is bigger than me.
Lights shift.
The circle reforms not around one person.
